The ACHP and Magnetawan Central School team up to promote Walleye fish stocks in Ahmic Lake.
For the 2017 hatchery activities our Ministry permits have been obtained and we await mother nature to serve up the right conditions for the spawn to occur. Water temperatures are warming up with the milder weather.
For close to 40 years the Almaguin Fish Improvement Association (AFIA) has provided volunteer services to the Almaguin area through our hatchery and learning center initiatives.
